i saw chris's nanna in hospital today.
in the dementia ward or something.
there were many crazy people in there, and we were instructed not to 'disturb' them, probably because they would get 'upset'.

i was upset when the woman with the mole on her nose played with her napkin like it was a deck of cards and then evil eyes me. i think she was just looking at me actually, but her eyes were all squinty, so it looked like she was trying to destroy me with her lazer rays.

i learnt a lot of things, like, the man next door'smother would support him when he got out, and that his father had been a useless sack of shit, or something along those lines. too bad he's never getting out of there.
i also learnt that one lady there has a delightful aray of about six different pairs of slippers, all with little bows, and thoroughly impractical for someone who can't walk on their own.
and then, i learnt that one woman doesn't like her mains, except for potato, so she eats the potato, and leaves the rest of the meal, and the nurses let herr get away with it.

and when they go to the toilet, all of them take about twenty minutes to get there, and make a creaking noise with their walking frames as they go.
i can see why people are crazy there.
and hospital corridors are mightily creepy.
it was terribly lovely.
and then we walked from the hospital to grenfell street and stopped at a fountain outside the library and got blinded by the sun, and caught a bus with some asians from our school, who looked at me funny because im in there homegroup.
one of them looked very evil. he had creepy eyebrows.

it was all very disturbing.
and chris's dog smells very bad.

this is what happened today.

oooh and we found some sort of massive, creepy looking spider outside the hospital, and spent twenty minutes prodding it, like good people.
